The face is a full 9" in diameter, with tactual numbers that are 1" high. Every 5 minute interval is marked with a raised line, and it has the longest ring of any timer we've heard anywhere. It can be mounted on a wall, rest flat on a table or kitchen counter and can stand upright on its own detachable base. Use it anywhere!
